at BotryScleroMoni 2025

This information is provided to prepare you for your poster presentation at BotryScleroMoni2025.

Poster number

Posters can be uploaded on the boards just after registration of each poster presenter. On arrival, please go directly to the registration desk. On registration, you will be provided with the location of your poster board and pins for attaching your poster. Please do not use any other method of attaching your poster to the boards. Boards are suitable for pins use. Tape, Velcro, or spray adhesive must not be applied to poster boards.

The posters should be displayed for the full length of the conference.

Poster Sessions Viewing Times

Poster presentations will be held during two designated viewing periods, on Tuesday 27 May from 14:30 to 15:30 and on Thursday 29 May from 14:30 to 15:30, for the posters of Series A and Series B, respectively.   Presenting authors, are encouraged to stay next to their poster during their poster session viewing times to engage with attendees and answer any questions.

In addition, and since Poster boards are located in the area of coffee breaks, posters can be viewed during the coffee breaks.  Thus, during breaks poster presenters can interact with attendees by answering questions and holding informal discussions.
